Will the retreats always take place in the same destination?

We love to travel and want to share that passion with you. There are so many beautiful places around the world, and we hope to discover many of them with you by our side.

What is the price of the retreats?

We curate high-end getaways, each with its own soul. Every retreat is unique: a different destination, a different setting, and different experiences. That is why we do not offer a standard rate. Pricing always reflects the care, intention and quality that go into crafting each experience.

Can I request a private trip as well?

Yes. In addition to our scheduled retreats, we also create bespoke escapes for those who wish to experience the Solar Circle spirit with friends or family. This service is currently available for a selection of destinations in France and abroad, with more to come.

Is transportation included in the price?

Transportation to the retreat location is not included. However, all transfers during the retreat are covered, and we are happy to assist you in organizing your arrival and departure.

Do you also offer retreats for men?

At the moment, our retreats are exclusively for women, except in the case of private retreats. That said, we are always evolving and who knows what the future may hold.

Can I bring a friend to the retreat?

Yes. We even offer a special rate when you join with a friend. Please note that spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

Do I need to speak English to join?

Our retreats are primarily held in English, so a basic understanding is highly recommended. That said, we also speak French and are happy to translate when needed. During our first retreat, many “Frenglish” moments naturally unfolded, and the connections were just as meaningful.

5. Cookies: Cookies may be used. A banner appears on your first visit to collect your consent.

6. Data Sharing: Only with trusted partners like PayPal, Stripe, etc., and always in compliance with GDPR.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments for retreats, events, workshops and bespoke escapes may be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bancaire), via PayPal, or by bank transfer, as available or agreed at checkout.

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. For bank transfers, the booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of funds.

RETREATS

All payments made to Solar Circle for retreats are non-refundable.

Should you be unable to attend, your booking may be converted into a credit valid for 12 months, redeemable toward a future retreat.

In the unlikely event that Solar Circle cancels a retreat, a full refund will be issued.

Liability
Solar Circle shall not be held responsible for incidents, loss or damage unless proven liable. Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the company’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.

EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

The following conditions apply to one-day events and workshops organized by Solar Circle.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of booking.

After this time, tickets are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be transferred to another person upon prior notice to Solar Circle at contact@solarcircle.co.

Due to the nature of these date-specific services, no statutory right of withdrawal applies once the booking is confirmed beyond the cancellation period.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices include applicable taxes.

Solar Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed and offered a refund or an alternative solution.
