Will the retreats always take place in the same destination ?

We love to travel and want to share that passion with you ! There are so many beautiful places around the world and we hope to discover many of them with you by our side.

What is the price of the retreats ?

We curate high-end getaways, each with its own soul. Every retreat is unique : a different destination, a different setting, different experiences. That is why we don't have one standard rate. But rest assured, the pricing alsays reflects the love and care we put into crafting each magical experience.

Can I request a private trip as well ?

Yes! In addition to our scheduled retreats, we also create bespoke escapes for those who want to experience the Solar Circle magic with friends or family. This service is curretntly available for a few select destinations in France and abroad. Hopefully more to come soon !

Is transportation included in the price ?

Transportation to the retreat location is not included. However, all transfers during the retreat are covered and we are happy to help you organize your arrival and departure.

Do you also offer retreats for men ?

At the moment, our retreats are exclusevily for women (except in the case of a private retreat). But who knows what the future holds, we might plan something for men later men.

Can I bring a friend to the retreat ?

Yes! We even offer a special discount when you come with a friend. Kindly be informed that spots are limited so it is first come, first served.

Do I need to speak English to join ?

Our retreats are primarily held in English so some understanding is recommended. That said, we also speak French and are happy to translate when needed. During our first retreat, we had plenty of "Frenglish" moments and the connections were just as deep and authentic.

3. Retention Period: 5 years from your last interaction. After that, we will ask for your renewed consent if you are still a client.

5. Cookies: Cookies may be used. A banner appears on your first visit to collect your consent.

6. Data Sharing: Only with trusted partners like PayPal, Stripe, etc., and always in compliance with GDPR.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All payments made to Solar Circle are non-refundable.
Should you be unable to attend, we offer the possibility to convert your booking into a credit valid for 12 months, redeemable toward any future retreat.
In the unlikely event that Solar Circle cancels the retreat, a full refund will be provided.

4. Liability: Solar Circle is not responsible for incidents, loss, or damages unless proven liable. Each participant is responsible for their belongings. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Applicable Law: These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of the company’s registered office will have jurisdiction.
