• Sofia Miloudi : Healing through the face, a philosophy of life

Some souls are placed on Earth with a mission : to bring light to others.

Sofia Miloudi is one of them. A facialist and founder of Facealing, she embodies a new vision of well-being, where aesthetics and spirituality are deeply intertwined. Drawing from ancestral techniques inspired by her story and heritage, she helps women radiate from within — allowing their inner glow

    to illuminate their outer beauty.

  • A childhood between two cultures, two visions of beauty.

At just 27, Sofia has already lived many lives. She grew up in the French countryside of Oise, shaped by two strong and contrasting female figures: her grandmothers.

On her mother’s side, an elegant and refined woman, the epitome of Parisian chic, always adorned in the latest from Chanel, a cigarette gracefully in hand.

On the other, a woman deeply connected to nature and ancestral beauty rituals, using oils and plants to care for her body.

Between these two heritages, one French, the other Algerian, Sofia learned to blend luxury with authenticity, refinement with simplicity, ultimately crafting her own vision of well-being.

  • From the world of fashion to a search for meaning, and the discovery of facialism

From a young age, Sofia was captivated by the world of fashion and luxury. She dreamed of studying journalism, but due to limited means, she entered the workforce straight away. At just 18, she became a boutique manager and spent eight years immersed in that world : managing collections, collaborating with major brands and participating annually in Roland-Garros. She led a dynamic career in retail, offering her clients advice with natural ease.

Yet, beyond the clothes, Sofia sensed something deeper, a longing for confidence, a need for well-being. She became more than just a salesperson, offering thoughtful guidance and a listening ear, turning each shopping session into a kind of gentle “therapy.”

But the fast-paced rhythm eventually took its toll. Stress, long days, mental overload… her body began to send warning signs, worsening a chronic inflammatory condition she was already living with. One day, a book about Ikigai, the Japanese concept of finding purpose and meaning in life, shifted her entire perception of work and life. She realized her true path no longer lay in boutiques, but somewhere else entirely. Drawn to spirituality and the inner and outer beauty of women, Sofia chose to follow her intuition and pursue a path in wellness.

It was during a vacation in Sanary-sur-Mer with her parents that her vision became clear. Flipping through her usual beauty and fashion magazines, she came across an article on facial massage techniques. “That’s it! That’s what I want to do. I want to take care of women, I want to make them feel beautiful,” she recalls. Fascinated by these facial rituals from around the world, she began training as a facialist, while also deepening her knowledge of crystal healing, aromatherapy and sound therapy.

Her ambition? To create a world that reflects who she is, where each treatment becomes both a sensory and spiritual experience.

Driven and determined, Sofia admits the transition to entrepreneurship was anything but easy. She faced doubts from those around her, lost friends and lacked financial support. She remembers institutions telling her outright that her project would never work. But Sofia believed in her vision. She visualized her success : a full schedule, a loyal clientele. She held on and eventually found a Haussmann-style apartment in Compiègne that felt just right. She loved its minimalist yet chic aesthetic, its warm, intimate atmosphere, a true sanctuary where women could come to reconnect with themselves.

Just as she was preparing to launch her practice, Sofia lost her paternal grandmother — the very woman who had passed down so much spiritual knowledge and wisdom about healing through plants and the only one who had truly supported her entrepreneurial dream.

Though heartbroken, Sofia turned that grief into strength, determined to honor her grandmother’s legacy through Facealing.

  • Facealing : healing through the face

Touch, at first, was a challenge for Sofia.

Deeply attuned to energy, she feels her clients’ emotions intensely, sometimes to the point of tears. This gift, long unspoken within her family, is something she gradually learned to embrace and channel. She later discovered that both her paternal grandmother and great-grandmother were healers and mediums.

Sofia has since learned how to protect herself from external energies, understanding that, as she puts it:

“To take care of others, I must first take care of myself.”

Facealing, a unique concept blending facial care and inner healing, was born from a desire to pass down wisdom and nurture women through the healing power of the face.

Sofia doesn’t simply offer treatments, she teaches. She believes every woman holds the power of self-healing. Her mission? To help women free themselves from their insecurities, fully accept who they are and understand that their inner light is the key to their outer beauty.

Facealing is not just a method, it’s a mindset, an invitation to rediscover oneself, to embrace self-love and to fully vibrate with life.

Today, Sofia trains ambassadors in this approach to facial reading, a practice that reveals far more than one might expect, so that they, too, can carry this magic forward and share it with women everywhere.

    Sofia's daily life

Sofia shares values of kindness and self-healing, helping women release their insecurities and embrace both their shadow and their light. She brings ritual into her daily life through practices inspired by ancestral, Ayurvedic, and Chinese medicine. Her typical day includes meditation, face yoga, cleansing rituals and an anti-inflammatory diet.

For Sofia, radiance begins within through authenticity and alignment with one’s inner strength. She lives this philosophy daily and encourages women, through her trainings, to dare to shine, to step into the light and to believe in their true essence.

In a world where she observes a shift in the beauty industry toward a more minimalist and authentic approach, she hopes women will free themselves from society’s rigid standards and reveal their own unique glow.
To do so, Sofia applies what she calls the 2A’s in her daily life: avant-garde and ancestrality, a new era of conscious well-being, deeply rooted yet forward-thinking.

  • Sofia, at her core

The eldest of three siblings, Sofia has been shaped by powerful life experiences : school bullying, a toxic relationship and an entrepreneurial journey filled with challenges.
Above all, she is a fighter, a woman with a big heart, one that, as she says, “never allowed itself to grow dark because of those experiences.”

Through Facealing, she continues to spread love and kindness, her true purpose on Earth, and reminds us every day that beauty goes far beyond the physical. It touches every dimension of our being.
